How CareConnect handles information across patient, doctor and clinic experiences.

This policy describes CareConnect’s treatment of personal and operational information when you use the patient application, provider application, public website or clinic portal.

Information we handle

  • Account information such as name, email, phone number, role and profile photo.
  • Patient profiles, appointment requests, visit reasons and appointment history.
  • Doctor qualifications, specialization, registration details, profiles and schedules.
  • Clinic profiles, locations, galleries, assigned doctors and operational records.
  • Technical information needed for security, sessions and service reliability.

How information is used

Information is used to provide account access, help patients discover care, coordinate appointments, manage clinic operations, deliver configured notifications and improve platform reliability.

Sharing and access

Information is made available according to the care workflow and account role. Clinics and connected providers may access appointment and patient information necessary to coordinate care. We do not present personal information as publicly available unless it forms part of an intended public doctor or clinic profile.

Security

CareConnect uses role-aware access, authenticated sessions, password protection and workflow safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Your choices

You may update supported account and profile information within the relevant application or portal. Requests concerning correction, access or deletion can be sent to support, subject to operational, legal and healthcare record obligations.
